PURPOSES AND POWERS
Purposes 12. Limited liability companies may be organized under this
Ordinance for any lawful business purpose or purposes, including, without limitation,
the rendering of professional services by or through its members, managers, officers or
agents, subject to any licensing or registration requirements applicable in any
jurisdiction in which the services are rendered or in which such persons are licensed or
registered.
General 13. Subject to any limitations provided in this Ordinance or any
powers other law of Nevis or its articles of organization or operating agreement, every limited
liability company shall have the same powers as an individual to do all things necessary
or convenient in furtherance of its purposes irrespective of company benefit and
whether or not enumerated in its articles.
